At Klick Africa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Klick Africa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
