Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that certain items like perishables and personal care products are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping outside of Africa?
